Is everything really confidential?

Yes. Every session is private and protected. You can use a different name and keep your camera off - your identity is never required. The only exception is where there is a serious risk of harm, where we have a duty to keep you safe

How long is each session?

Sessions last 45 minutes. They can be extended where needed, but never shortened, so you always have the time and space to be heard

Islamic counselling is £65-£70 per session and wellbeing coaching is £35-£45 per session. Guided worksheets and reflective materials are included; digital e-books and workbooks are available separately

After an initial enquiry and assessment, you receive a personalised support plan. Most clients follow a structured 12-week pathway with weekly sessions, homework and progress reviews - with the path adjusted as you grow

No. Mindful Muslim is for anyone who wants their faith understood and respected in the room. You set the pace; nothing is imposed on you

Sessions are held securely online via video. Your camera can stay off if you prefer and you may use a different name for complete anonymity

Life happens. Use the link in your confirmation email to manage your appointment. We ask for reasonable notice so the slot can be offered to someone else

Everything you share is confidential unless there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else or a safeguarding concern involving a child or vulnerable adult. We will explain this clearly at the start

No. Counselling is not the same as religious instruction. We support your wellbeing with professional practice and faith-aware understanding; specific fiqh questions belong with a qualified scholar

Never. The space is judgement-free by design. Your relationship with Allah is yours; our role is to support your mental and emotional wellbeing with compassion
